I've had Shane over a few times to service my 45 gal. fresh water tank. So far he's done a great job, super trustworthy,knowledgeable and prices are competitive to others I've received quotes from. I'm thankful to have found someone I can trust in my home!!

I called 5 Star Aquariums, Shane, on a Sunday evening requesting his assistance with my fish tank as I noticed that my fish were becoming lethargic, gills moving slowly, and that they were not moving from the bottom of the tank. Shame immediately came to my house on the following day, a Holiday. He tested the water to discover that it was toxic for my fish. Shane cleaned the entire tank, enhanced the look of the tank with a background screen and moved the filter, and relocated the tank's location in my house. My fish are now happy, healthy, and ALIVE! I would strongly recommend 5 Star Aquariums. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly!!

I bought a 55 gal fish tank, and had absolutely no clue what I was doing - and went it came time to clean it, my attempt was futile ! Thankfully Yelp saved the day (again) , and introduced me to Shane - the owner , who is so friendly - informative - professional , and punctual ! He did a great job making my tank sparkly clean, and educating me on all the fun / funny things you can do to a fish tank . Highly recommend , and will be using his monthly cleaning service !

Shane took care of me! He quotes a time and arrives when he says. He communicates great with texting and is keeping my office fish tank looking great. I wanted a salt water tank but now he has my fresh water looking so amazing I'm happy to keep it for a long time.

Rarity! Shane was responsive and helpful. I dont have a large setup but he came by with lots of info and recommendations. If you are in need of tank help he is a real pro with water quality issues and fish needs. Thanks yelp and thanks to shane :)
